Domestic Orders

All titles are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.  If you would prefer another shipping method, please send us an e-mail and let us know prior to clicking on the Paypal button.  This will allow us to send you an invoice with the correct shipping charges for your order.  Otherwise, the Paypal process will automatically add shipping and handling for First Class (usually about three bucks) and before you know it, you'll be getting a great book in the mail. 

International Orders

All titles are shipped using USPS First Class Mail International.  Rates vary widely from country to country.   Please send us an e-mail and let us know prior to clicking on the Paypal button where you're from and what titles you'd like.  This will allow us to send you an invoice with the correct shipping charges for your order.  Otherwise, the Paypal process will automatically add a wildly incorrect shipping and handling charge - usually about three bucks U.S. - and before you know it, you'll be getting another invoice requesting the difference before we can ship a really great book to you.

Multiple Orders

Say you want to buy one of each of our books, and who could blame you?  In any case, three books or more is probably going to weigh more than First Class Mail will allow.  In this case, you probably want to send us an e-mail and let us know where you're from and which books you'd like (or how many copies of any particular title) so we can send you a quote for shipping.  In this case, we'll probably send things your way using either Media Mail or Priority Mail, depending on how fast you'd like it to get there.
